Frequently asked questions

Do I have to support my clients?

No need: SwiftBOL support is on us, in English and Spanish. If you'd rather be the one looking after the client, we'll help with whatever you need.

When and how is the commission paid?

We set it out in the partner agreement before you start: the basis, how often it's paid and how it's invoiced. No signed agreement, no commission.

How is this different from the referral programme?

Any user can invite others from their dashboard with a discount for the person invited. The partner programme is for companies that recommend SwiftBOL to their clients regularly and get paid for it.
