Do I have to tell the client I'm recording?
Yes: inform participants and have their consent before recording. SwiftBOL asks you to confirm it before processing each recording.
Does it integrate with my CRM?
Yes, through Zapier or Make (Standard and Unlimited plans): every summary, with its action items and transcript, can flow automatically into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Notion or Google Sheets. You can also post it to a Slack channel, or export it to PDF, Word or TXT.
Is my data — and my clients' — safe?
