Nobody wants to take minutes
And whoever does isn't really in the meeting: they're typing.
SwiftBOL for teams
Record the in-person meeting, upload the one from Zoom, Teams or Meet, or let the SwiftBOL assistant join the video call for you. You get formal minutes, the decisions and the action items with their owners, plus a drafted follow-up email.
No card · 2 free hours a month · No lock-in
The problem
And whoever does isn't really in the meeting: they're typing.
Two weeks later nobody remembers who committed to what, or by when.
The next-steps email sits in drafts until the next day — or forever.
How SwiftBOL helps
Work Mode in the style you need: minutes, key points, executive summary or action list.
What was agreed, who does it and by when, pulled from what was said.
With a subject line, ready to copy or open in your mail app. Also a Slack or WhatsApp message.
Separate each speaker and name them once: it shows in the transcript, the minutes and every export. (Unlimited)
Custom instructions that every set of minutes follows: structure, tone, what to focus on. (Unlimited)
Paste the link or connect Google Calendar: the assistant joins Zoom, Meet or Teams, says in the chat that it records and leaves you the minutes when it ends. (Standard and Unlimited)
Everything is generated by AI from your audio and may contain mistakes: review it before using it.
That simple
In person from your phone or laptop, the Zoom, Teams or Meet file, or the assistant inside the video call.
Or the style you prefer: executive summary, key points or action items.
Email, minutes as PDF or Word, or paste it formatted into Notion or Google Docs.
Recommended plan
Unlimited €19.99/month
+ VAT (€24.19 a month incl. VAT)
Unlimited audio hours, 15 hours a month of the assistant that joins your video calls, who-said-what with names and custom instructions so every set of minutes comes out in your company's format.
Yes, in two ways. From the Standard plan, the "SwiftBOL Notetaker" assistant joins the call from a link you paste or on its own from your Google Calendar: it shows under that name, posts in the chat that it is recording and leaves when it ends (2 h a month on Standard, 15 h on Unlimited). And on any plan you can upload the recording the platform creates (mp4, m4a…) or record in the browser.
Yes. Before recording you must inform participants and have their consent; SwiftBOL reminds you before processing each recording, and the assistant also announces it in the meeting chat as soon as it joins.
On servers in Frankfurt (Germany), encrypted. Your audio and transcripts are never used to train AI models and you can delete them anytime. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
