It's a highly accurate automatic transcript, but it can contain mistakes, especially with noise or unusual names. For a direct quote, always check the sentence against the audio; chapters with the exact minute get you there fast. You can correct the transcript and it saves instantly.
Do I need the interviewee's consent?
Yes: tell the person you're recording and why. SwiftBOL asks you to confirm it before processing each recording.
