SwiftBOL + Notion

Your meeting minutes, in Notion

Move the summary, chapters, key points and action items of every meeting to Notion, formatted, in one click. And if you like, have every meeting land in a database on its own.

No card · 120 min of audio + 60 min of meeting assistant free a month

What reaches Notion

  • The meeting's summary
  • The chapters, with their timestamps
  • The key points
  • The action items, with their owners

Included in every plan, Free included.

How to take it to Notion

  1. Open a finished meeting in SwiftBOL and click Export → Notion.
  2. SwiftBOL copies the summary with its formatting (headings, lists and action items) and opens a new Notion page.
  3. Paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) and you're done.
  4. If you'd rather have every meeting land in a Notion database on its own, connect it through Zapier or Make: SwiftBOL sends them every summary and they create the page.

SwiftBOL stores your meetings in the European Union. Whatever you send to Notion is stored in Notion and governed by its terms; it's only sent when you ask or turn on automatic sending.

Frequently asked questions

Which SwiftBOL plan do I need?

Any of them: integrations are on every plan, Free included. What changes between plans is the hours of audio and of meeting assistant.

Do I need Zapier to use Notion?

No. Export → Notion takes it there in one click. You only need Zapier or Make if you want every meeting to land in a Notion database on its own.

Where is the data stored?

Your meetings are stored in the European Union (Frankfurt) and never used to train AI. Whatever you send to Notion stays in your Notion account and is governed by its terms, and it's only sent when you ask or turn on automatic sending.
