With Zapier or Make (automatic)
- In Zapier, create a Zap with the “Webhooks by Zapier” → “Catch Hook” trigger and copy the URL it gives you (in Make: the “Webhooks” module → “Custom webhook”).
- In SwiftBOL, open Integrations, paste the URL into the Zapier or Make field and save. To send every meeting on its own, turn on “Automatically send every summary when it's ready”.
- Send one meeting from Export → Send to Zapier / Make, so Zapier receives a sample with every field.
- Add the Salesforce action you need to your Zap (for example, creating a task or a record) and choose which field goes where: title, summary, key points, action items or transcript.
SwiftBOL stores your meetings in the European Union. Whatever you send to Salesforce is stored in Salesforce and governed by its terms; it's only sent when you ask or turn on automatic sending.

Which SwiftBOL plan do I need?
Any of them: integrations are on every plan, Free included. What changes between plans is the hours of audio and of meeting assistant.
Can I use Make instead of Zapier?
Yes. In Make, use the “Webhooks” → “Custom webhook” module and then the Salesforce one. SwiftBOL also accepts webhooks from Pipedream, n8n Cloud and Power Automate.
Where is the data stored?
Your meetings are stored in the European Union (Frankfurt) and never used to train AI. Whatever you send to Salesforce stays in your Salesforce account and is governed by its terms, and it's only sent when you ask or turn on automatic sending.
