AI meeting assistant for Zoom, Meet and Teams

It's one more participant in the video call, only automatic: it joins under its own name, records the meeting's audio and, as soon as it ends, transcribes and summarizes it. You don't have to record anything or download any file.

SwiftBOL's is called "SwiftBOL Notetaker" and works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex.

First: paste the meeting link into "Meeting assistant" in your dashboard and the assistant joins in under a minute (if there's a waiting room, let it in). It works for any call, including ones someone else organizes.

Second: connect your Google Calendar and the assistant joins on its own. You decide whether it goes to every meeting with a video link or only the ones you organize, and which mode and style you want the result in. We only read events for the next 36 hours, and only to schedule the assistant.

The same as if you had uploaded the recording: a summary by chapter with exact timestamps, the decisions, the action items with their owners and a chat to ask the meeting anything ("what did we agree about the budget?").

"Create with AI" writes the formal minutes or the follow-up email in one click, and you can send it by email, post it to a Slack channel or share it with a link.

The assistant doesn't hide: it shows in the participant list as "SwiftBOL Notetaker" and, as soon as it joins, posts in the meeting chat that it is recording and for whom. If someone would rather not be recorded, you remove it from the call in one click and what was recorded up to then still reaches you.

Even so, tell people yourself at the start: the chat message helps, but it doesn't replace asking for permission. The recording is processed on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, stored encrypted and never used to train any AI.

The assistant is included from the Standard plan, with 2 hours a month, and the Unlimited plan includes 15 hours a month. If your company needs more, get in touch and we'll put together a custom plan. On the Free plan you can still upload recordings or record in the browser.

So you don't waste hours, the assistant leaves on its own if nobody lets it in within 10 minutes, if it's left alone in the call or after 15 minutes of continuous silence, and also when your hours for the month run out.

For video calls, the assistant is the easiest option: you don't depend on your Zoom, Teams or Meet plan allowing recordings, and there's nothing to remember. For in-person meetings or classes, record from your phone or laptop. And if your company doesn't allow outside assistants in calls, upload the recording when it ends: the result is the same.
