Minutes and transcripts of your Microsoft Teams meetings

Paste the Teams meeting link or connect your Google Calendar: the SwiftBOL assistant joins as a guest, takes notes for you and, when it ends, you get the summary, the decisions, the action items with owners and the transcript. In client meetings and other companies' meetings too.

No card · 120 min of audio + 60 min of meeting assistant free a month

What you get from every Teams meeting

  • The summary, the decisions and the action items with their owners, within minutes.
  • The full transcript, to search any sentence or ask the meeting questions.
  • A follow-up email ready to send to attendees.
  • Nothing to install in Teams: the assistant joins from the link, like any guest, and needs no access to your Microsoft account.

Included in every plan, Free included.

How to use it

  1. Create your free SwiftBOL account (no card).
  2. Open Meeting assistant, paste the Teams meeting link, confirm participants are informed and click “Send the bot”.
  3. The assistant waits in the Teams lobby: admit it. When it joins, it posts in the chat that it is recording.
  4. When the meeting ends, the assistant leaves on its own and a few minutes later the minutes are in SwiftBOL.

Let it join your meetings on its own

  1. If your Teams meetings are in Google Calendar, connect it in Integrations → Connections.
  2. In Meeting assistant, turn on “Automatically send the bot to my meetings” and choose whether it joins all of them or only the ones you organize.
  3. Every meeting with a Teams link gets scheduled. You can cancel any of them from “Your bots”.

No bot: record the meeting from your computer

  1. In Chrome or Edge on a computer, go to SwiftBOL and click “Record a video call from another tab”.
  2. If you use Teams in the browser, pick its tab and tick “Also share tab audio”. If you use the Teams app, pick “Entire screen” and “Share system audio”.
  3. When you stop recording, SwiftBOL prepares the minutes just as with the assistant.

This way nobody else joins the meeting. Still, tell participants and get their consent before recording.

SwiftBOL stores your minutes in the European Union. The assistant only joins the meetings you send it to or the calendar meetings you choose, and it has no access to your Microsoft account.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan do I need?

Any. The Free plan includes 1 hour of assistant a month to try it in a real meeting; Standard, 10 hours; Unlimited, 50; and Business, 100 per person.

Can the other participants see it?

Yes. The assistant joins as one more participant, under its name, and posts in the meeting chat that it is recording. Even so, tell participants and get their consent before recording.

The assistant doesn't get into the meeting

Check that the link is a Teams link and that someone admits it from the lobby. If nobody admits it within 10 minutes, it gives up and you'll see it in “Your bots”. Some organizations don't let guests without a Microsoft account join: then the Teams admin has to allow it, or you can record the meeting without a bot.

Does it work with Teams for personal use?

Yes: with work Teams links (teams.microsoft.com) and personal Teams links (teams.live.com).

Does it work with the Outlook calendar?

Auto-join works with Google Calendar for now. If you use Outlook, paste each meeting's link in Meeting assistant: it takes a few seconds.

Where is the data stored?

Your minutes and transcripts are stored in the European Union (Frankfurt) and never used to train AI. If you want, the audio is deleted as soon as the minutes are ready.
